🏃 Dash of Doom Run: Run Calgary invites Calgarians to be a part of Calgary's only Halloween night race, and Run Calgary's only pet-friendly race. Enjoy Halloween activities, family dance party, face painting, and more. Oct 26 at Run Calgary HQ.

👰 Bridal Expo: The Bridal Expo is Alberta's largest of its kind, featuring more than 100 interactive exhibits, a gigantic gown sale, glamorous fashion shows, a champagne lounge, and Calgary's finest wedding vendors. Oct 27 at the Telus Convention Centre. 

🎨 Festival of Crafts: Calgary’s premier holiday handmade market founded in 1986 celebrates the rich tradition of Canadian craftsmanship by bringing together over 130 talented artisans from across the country. Oct 31-Nov 3 at the BMO Centre.

The Camera Store invites photography and art enthusiasts to join them at the Central Public Library for a unique photography seminar with two keynote presentations, live demos, and opportunities for Q&A with industry experts. [$16]

Intended for all skill levels and ages 12+, this hands-on workshop happening at the Aloft Hotel Lounge & Bar provides all the materials and guidance required to make a stunning macrame plant hanger to take home. [$71]

The Scotiabank Saddledome presents singer and songwriter Jordan Davis as he embarks on his world tour to celebrate the success of hit singles like “Buy Dirt” which is a duet with Luke Bryan that was at the top of the charts in 2021 and 2022. [Starting at $48]

The Somatika team is thrilled to present a multi-sensory experience happening in the Telus Spark’s digital gallery featuring a 360-projection system where attendees can experience soothing frequencies while being surrounded by the mesmerizing imagery of space and stars. [$69]

Featuring more than 200,000 square feet in artists and exhibits at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park, this tattoo and arts festival has contests, performances, retail, and so much more.

The BMO Centre is hosting a delectable festival highlighting a comprehensive array of fine wines, delicious beers, and smooth spirits along with tasty food and lots to experience. Mini Pumpkin Palette Party | Friday | 2:30-7pm

Sandy and Danny may have graduated, but there is still plenty of grease to go ‘round. Head to Jubilations to enjoy the bygone days of sock hops and bobby socks, soda jerks and super nerds—and most of all—greasers. It’s that first era of rock and roll music with the songs we all know and love.

Pumpkins After Dark  | Until Oct 31 | Winsport

Pumpkins After Dark is Canada’s award-winning outdoor Halloween event, with more than 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins and so many lights! This one-of-a-kind walk-through experience is Instagram photo worthy for the whole family.

Train of Terror | Until Nov 3 | Aspen Crossing

Experience haunted railway cars, disturbing entertainment, and fear on the Train of Terror. If you make it through the fright cars alive, you will find areas to calm your nerves with food and drinks for purchase.

Death Trap | Until Nov 10 | Stage West dinner theatre

Sidney Bruhl is a successful writer of Broadway mystery plays but is struggling to live up to his own reputation. A possible break in his fortunes occurs when he receives a script from a student and he hatches a sinister plan. What Sidney doesn’t know, is his student has some surprise plot points of his own up his sleeve.

Fly through a technicolour nebula, kick up dust on the moon, and witness Saturn’s rings up close in this out-of-this-world immersive experience. Explore the galaxy through the James Webb telescope with this unique space exploration encounter.

From Me to You: The Beatles in Canada 1964-1966 | Until Jan 5 | National Music Centre

A nostalgic tribute to the band's transformative years upon arriving in Canada for the first time, this display captures the cultural landscape of Canada in the 1960s, and the frenzied excitement of Beatlemania that swept across the country.
