☘️ St. Patrick’s Day: This is your official announcement that this happy-go-lucky celebration is just two weeks away. Start planning how you will celebrate with a variety of events across the city.

🍷 Grape Escape: More than 150 vendors will be offering experiences led by winemakers and master distillers with hundreds of diverse sips to taste and explore. This great grape escape takes place on March 22 and 23.

💃 Shen Yun in Calgary: Shen Yun is a brilliant artistic revival and celebration of China’s rich cultural heritage. Each performance consists of about 20 pieces, quickly moving from one legend, region, or dynasty to the next. From March 29 to 31 at the Jubilee.

🎥 The 21st Calgary Underground Film Festival: Taking place April 18-28, this massive 11-day festival is set to bring a variety of filmmakers to the city while highlighting a slate of edgy and thought-provoking films.

🐻 Wild After Hours: Polar Bears: Calling all polar bear enthusiasts over the age of 18! This evening of polar bear exploration including a four-course dinner is already on its way to selling out so grab your tickets before it’s too late. Various dates until May 3 but hurry before it’s too late!

The Festival of Animated Objects marries the timeless practice of mask and puppet arts with contemporary spaces, themes, and ideas. Calgary has become one of the most active spots in North America for ground-breaking puppetry and all of the puppetry mastery is on display.

More than 90 incredible local vendors make an appearance at this one-day pop-up market. There will be lunch, snacks, coffee and free face-painting for kids and workshops by Noshi & Nest, Cozy and Plush, Bakery Box, Krystelles Creations.

It’s like basketball on steroids and family-friendly fun that doesn’t come around just every weekend. Catch the world’s favourite basketball team as they make a world tour stop right here in Calgary.
