🎸 Calgary Folk Music Festival: The Calgary Folk Music Fest is just around the corner with headlining performances by The Roots, KT Tunstall, Cowboy Junkies, and Ben Howland on the docket. July 25–28 on Prince's Island Park.

🍽️ Taste of Calgary: We hope you’re hungry because one of our favourite food events is back, so get ready to sample different food and drinks while also listening to live music and shop at local market vendors. Aug 1 to 5 at LOT 6 - 311 8 Street SW.

Stage West brings one of the all-time legends of country music to the stage in its latest production. Patsy Cline was always spunky and devoted to music and her legacy spans generations alike with her charm, humour, and unmistakable voice.

Saturday | 4:30pm | Kensington

The Kensington Night Market is back for its fifth year with entertainment, local vendors, and more at this popular community event.

Saturday | 2pm | Spruce Meadows ATCO Field

Cheer on Calgary’s professional soccer team as they take on York United at this family-friendly outdoor regular season game.

Southcentre Mall is excited to host the 15th Annual Pink Stampede Breakfast in support of the CIBC Run for the Cure where they will be serving up infamous pink pancakes with live music performances, games and activities to experience and make memories. [Free]

Stroll & Sketch : The Confluence | Wednesday | 6:30-8:30pm

Enjoy an evening of natural beauty at The Confluence Park where local artist Krystelle Celestino Wurtz will guide participants through a 1.5 kilometre walk with opportunities to sketch the dynamic landscape of Calgary in this community-based art practice. [$22]

Flair Artists: Mandy Stobo | Thursday | 11am-1pm

Join Home and Away Bar to celebrate stampede with Flair Airlines featuring local artist Mandy Stobo where attendees will have an opportunity to win giveaways including a roundtrip flight for two and exclusive swag. [Free with registration]

Explore concepts like hope and gratitude while learning about resilience at the Ross Glen Hall where attendees will take a deep dive into the spiritual rejuvenation of the Surah Duha. [$7]

Calaway Comic Fest for Kids | Friday-Sunday | 10am-7pm

Calaway Park invites all superheroes for a spectacular three-day event where the Superdogs will be performing a Pawvengers show with opportunities to meet the super pups and participate in special activities designed for maximum fun. [Tickets starting at $36]

Oxford Stomp  | Friday | 3pm

In support of the Calgary Food Bank, this spectacular line up of musical talent is back at Prince’s Island Park with live performances to entertain, food and beverage to nourish, and access to the official after party taking place at the Wildhorse Saloon. [Starting at $99]

The Barn After Dark Market | Friday | 5-9:30pm

The Barn Artisan Market is excited for their night market happening at The Shawnessy Barn where adults can enjoy beverages from the cash bar and shop creations made by local artisans.

Rise, Run/Walk, Yoga, Meditate is a day bringing people together outside in nature for a run (or walk), an outdoor yoga experience, and a guided meditation with DJs on the main stage. July 13 at Carburn Park. [Free admission]

Kids Yoga in the Park | Sunday | 10-10:30am

Designed for ages 3-6, this outdoor yoga experience aims to connect kids with their bodies through playful poses, calming exercises, and expert guidance from the instructor, Jessica. [$12]

The hit classic cowboy film featuring Clint Eastwood is back on the big screen at the Confluence Historic Site where attendees can expect to be transported back in time with a story about greed and war. Tickets include admission and a small popcorn. [$12]

BollyFunk Dance Workshop | Sunday | 5-7pm

Join Jennah and Rasika at the Evergreen Community Spaces for an evening of funky vibes and Bollywood beats where participants will learn electrifying Bollywood dance moves in a vibrant space. [$23]

Participate in a unique sunset yoga session taking place on the rooftop of High Park where attendees will be guided through a one-hour yoga flow session accompanied by music, energy drinks, and good vibes. [$28]
